Dear Hampton Soccer Club Members,
As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a quality, community-driven soccer program, we are introducing a new volunteer requirement for all families. Beginning this season, each family will be asked to contribute to the Club’s greater good by volunteering some time to support club operations, events, and team activities. This initiative has been on the Board of Directors’ agenda for many years and last month the Board decided that it was time that a more formal volunteer structure be adopted to help ensure the continued success of our club.
Specific opportunities and sign-up information will be provided shortly, and we greatly appreciate your participation and support in strengthening our soccer community. Families may 'opt-out’ of this requirement by contributing $50 at the time of registration check-out.
In addition to the recently approved multi-year agreement with the Township, the Club has several new projects on the horizon and thus we hope this will be a simple process to encourage more helping hands. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we implement this new idea. Constructive feedback is always welcome.

2. Refunds for withdrawals after the five (5) day period, will be granted only for certain limited circumstances, such as medical issues or family relocation (game and / or practice cancellations due to weather, field conditions, or other Acts of God do not warrant a refund). Players who have been formally rostered, will have their Club paid PA West fees and credit card processing fees deducted from any Board approved refund.
3. All refund requests shall be processed through the online ‘Refund / Donation’ form found on the Club’s website
4. The Board of Directors will review ‘post-five day’ requests at the next regularly scheduled Board meeting.
5. Uniform costs are not refundable.
6. Refunds will only be processed to the name and address that was provided at the time of payment.

MISCELLANEOUS:
- Buddy requests are accepted for u6 only
- Please register as soon as possible to make sure there is space for your player; ICL / Travel have set roster size limits set by PA West - while slightly more flexible, the In-House ages may also encounter team space issues depending on the number of teams and coaches available
- Please review the polices including the refund policy before clicking "I accept" on the ELA page during registration.
- The Affinity software will automatically calculate the player's age group based on birthdate
- u6u7u8 wear a reversible jersey; u9+ wear a 3 piece uniform including shorts, away jersey / home jersey and socks - more information can be found on the UNIFORM page. UNIFORM ORDERS ARE DUE BY TBA
BIRTH CERTIFICATES:
Birth certificates are required by PA West as proof of a player's birth date for all age groups. Once birth certificate information is entered into the Affinity system, it is saved and does not need to be reentered for subsequent registrations.
You can upload a copy of your child's birth certificate by logging into your account.
