​Special statement regarding volunteers, the Club and a
​positive path forward:

​Dear Hampton Soccer Club Members,
​
As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a quality, community-driven soccer program, we are introducing a new volunteer requirement for all families. Beginning this season, each family will be asked to contribute to the Club’s greater good by volunteering some time to support club operations, events, and team activities. This initiative has been on the Board of Directors’ agenda for many years and last month the Board decided that it was time that a more formal volunteer structure be adopted to help ensure the continued success of our club. 
 
Specific opportunities and sign-up information will be provided shortly, and we greatly appreciate your participation and support in strengthening our soccer community.  Families may 'opt-out’ of this requirement by contributing $50 at the time of registration check-out.
 
In addition to the recently approved multi-year agreement with the Township, the Club has several new projects on the horizon and thus we hope this will be a simple process to encourage more helping hands.  We appreciate your patience and understanding as we implement this new idea. Constructive feedback is always welcome.

​'IN-HOUSE' (u6u7u8) - birth years '21 to '18

Fee:  $100

Season is tentatively set for September (practices may start in late August) through the end of October / Nov. (target 8 games) 


* Late registration for IN-HOUSE (birth years '21 to '18)
  •      players pulled from the wait list on first come, first served basis will be assessed a $50 late fee 
  •      team roster restrictions may apply
  •      IN-HOUSE age-groups can go to a 'wait-list' status at any time depending on team / coach availability​​
'TRAVEL' (including u10 ICL) - birth years '17 to '07 
Please note:  the term 'Travel' does not automatically indicate advanced play-levels - contact you Age Group Manager to discuss

Fee:  $120

Season is tentatively set for September (practices may start in late August) through the end of October / November (target 8 games) 


* Late registration for TRAVEL (birth years '17 to '07):    
  •      players pulled from the wait list on first come, first served basis will be assessed a $50 late fee 
  •      team roster restrictions may apply
  • ​     TRAVEL age-groups can go to a 'wait-list' status at any time depending on team / coach availability


​FAMILY  DISCOUNT:

HSC has instituted sibling and max registration fee limits:


3rd Sibling Discount:  -$10.00
4th Sibling Discount:  -$10.00 


If your family registration fees exceed $300.00, you may request a refund of the amount over $300.  Please contact the Club to request your refund.  Other costs, such as uniform and late fees, cannot be applied toward the $300 limit.   Please use the contact form [HERE]



LATE  REGISTRATION  FEE: 
Normal Fee + $50.00
Players selected off the wait-list on a first come / first served basis will be assessed the $50 late fee.



PAYMENT  PROCESSING:  
Credit card payments will not be processed until a date as close as possible to the season start.

FINANCIAL  ASSISTANCE:
Hampton Soccer Club wants to give all interested Hampton children the opportunity to play soccer in their community.  As such, HSC offers Financial Assistance to families whose children would be denied soccer play without such assistance.  To request assistance, please send an email to [email protected]  Attn: HSC President.  In the email, please document the reasons you require and are requesting assistance.  Reasons of parent illness or unemployment are given priority.  
All requests will remain confidential.

REFUND  POLICY:
Withdrawals on or prior to 5 regular business days after the close of regular registration (June 30, 2025) for the age group will receive a full refund of the HSC registration fee, less any applicable processing fees that the Club does not control (Affinity / credit card, etc).  Refunds for withdrawals after the 5 day period, will be granted only for certain limited circumstances, such as medical issues or family relocation.  
​
NOTE:  Uniform costs are not refundable.

MISCELLANEOUS: 
  • Buddy requests are accepted for u6 only
  • Please register as soon as possible to make sure there is space for your player;  ICL / Travel have set roster size limits set by PA West - while slightly more flexible, the In-House ages may also encounter team space issues depending on the number of teams and coaches available ​
  • Please review the polices including the refund policy before clicking "I accept" on the ELA page during registration.
  • The Affinity software will automatically calculate the player's age group based on birthdate
  • u6u7u8 wear a reversible jersey; u9+ wear a 3 piece uniform including shorts, away jersey / home jersey and socks - more information can be found on the UNIFORM page.   UNIFORM  ORDERS  ARE  DUE  BY  TBA

BIRTH  CERTIFICATES:
Birth certificates are required by PA West as proof of a player's birth date for all age groups. Once birth certificate information is entered into the Affinity system, it is saved and does not need to be reentered for subsequent registrations.

You can upload a copy of your child's birth certificate by logging into your account.
