​Special statement regarding volunteers, the
Club and a ​positive path forward:

​Dear Hampton Soccer Club Members,
​
As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a quality, community-driven soccer program, we are introducing a new volunteer requirement for all families. Beginning this season, each family will be asked to contribute to the Club’s greater good by volunteering some time to support club operations, events, and team activities. This initiative has been on the Board of Directors’ agenda for many years and last month the Board decided that it was time that a more formal volunteer structure be adopted to help ensure the continued success of our club. 
 
Specific opportunities and sign-up information will be provided shortly, and we greatly appreciate your participation and support in strengthening our soccer community.  Families may 'opt-out’ of this requirement by contributing $50 at the time of registration check-out.
 
In addition to the recently approved multi-year agreement with the Township, the Club has several new projects on the horizon and thus we hope this will be a simple process to encourage more helping hands.  We appreciate your patience and understanding as we implement this new idea. Constructive feedback is always welcome.

Board of Directors
(x11)  -  All Board seats are currently filled; Elections are each January; Terms are staggered two-years   

                                                                 
     Seats 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 are elected in even years
     Seats 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 are elected in odd years

     The Board Officers are elected annually from the Directors
          President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary

     Non-Officer Board seats are expected to lead committees including but not limited to:
          Registrar
          Referees
          Unifroms
          Concessions
          Fields and Equipment
          Fundraising
          Marketing / Communication
