7/17/20 - Round III refunds / donations have been processed and are in the mail from PNC bank
7/10/20 - Round III check will start to be processed out next week (7/13)
6/17/20 - Round III emails have been sent directly to the email accounts associated with the registered account. Please follow the instructions to request a refund or make a donation (or combination thereof)
5/24/20 - Round II checks have been processed; echecks from PNC will be sent in next few days (Monday holiday). Those remaining on the 'unclaimed' list will be contacted soon directly from [email protected] for 'Round III' - we will posted here when the emails are sent

The first round of refunds has been processed. Checks from PNC processing will be in the mail in the next few days (credit card refunds were processed last week). For those of you who may have missed the first window, we have now opened the form for ‘Round II.’ Spring 2020 updates can be found here: http://www.hamptonsoccerclub.org/spring2020.html
The HSC Board will be holding a ‘virtual’ meeting on Thursday May 14 at 7pm - if you are interested in participating please email the Club via the website contact page and the video conf. details will be sent to you. In an effort to be better in-line with the ‘soccer year’ (Fall to Spring seasons), the Board intends to vote on a proposed bylaw change that would move the annual election meeting to the May Board meeting; additionally, the Board is also considering staggering the election of Board seats to provide better continuity from year-to-year.
The PA West Youth committee will be meeting this week followed by a North District meeting (our district) – we will pass along any pertinent information as soon as possible.

5/11/20 - Check information has been added to the PNC system - expecting to send today - will probably take a few days for checks to be printed and mailed. Watch your mail for a rather generic looking piece of mail (no 'HSC' in the return field)

5/2/20 - Electronic refunds were issued today to those who used credit cards to registration players within the past 90 days AND who filled out the required 'refund / donation' form. The electronic refund may take a day or three for the credit card companies to post.
The remaining refund requests, either partial or full, (as requested through the form) are now being process through PNC (manual payee and address entry). Thank you for your patience.

4/30/20 - The first round of refunds / donations are now being processed (matching form results with registrations); funds are being transfered to Affinity / Stack Sports to begin refunds back to credit cards where possible (90 day restriction); all others will be processed by PNC bank check sent from processing center. If you missed the opportunity to submit your request, we will open the form again shortly once the first batch (approx 230+) is processed, mostly by hand unfortunately. Thank you for your patience.

Good morning. We hope you are all staying healthy and safe this beautiful Spring season. Unfortunately, we are writing to pass along the news that the Hampton Soccer Club Board of Directors voted unanimously to cancel the Spring 2020 season. We have been in contact with PA West and other neighboring community clubs who have taken similar steps and we feel the health and safety of all involved, as well as impending logistical challenges, warrant such action.
We will be issuing refunds and / or collecting donations to the Club via the form linked below. Our plan is to issue refunds via the credit card that was used during registration, however, there may be credit card timing rules that will instead force us to issue a check. Any donations made will be used for Field/equipment (seeding, weed control, goals, flags, soccer balls, bldg., etc.) maintenance and repair. (Thank you in advance for any donations!)
Unfortunately, uniform orders from Soccer Source do not fall into the refund category. We will have information coming shortly about the distribution of those that were ordered.
In addition, please stay tuned for additional information regarding player evaluations for the Fall season and Fall registration dates.

Happy Spring 2020! We hope that you and your family are staying healthy. We hope and pray that this worldwide pandemic comes to a conclusion in the near future.
Hampton Soccer, as you may have seen in emails from PA West as well as field / facility notices from the Hampton Township and School District, is in a holding pattern with most of society as we wait for the ‘all-clear.’ All Club activities have been paused until at least April 15.
Assuming no further restrictions from the State, County or Township, the earliest start date, as per PA West, would be April 15 – with games starting the weekend of 4/18-19 (which was our planned start date this season anyway)
UPDATES:
>>>Travel teams (birth years of 2011 to 2001) have had registration closed for a while now and most teams / rosters are set. Coaches will be sending a ‘welcome’ email in the near future.
>>>In-House (birth years of 2015 to 2012) ‘Late Registration’ is still open until 3/31 – teams will be formed shortly thereafter and coaches will make contact.
>>>Referee-in-Training classroom training scheduled for next Saturday has been postponed – stay tuned for a new dates / times for both sessions
>>>ALL fields remain CLOSED (too soggy anyway)

We have included an Activity Book of coloring pages, word search, etc. In addition we are hoping to spur some individual skills practice by encouraging juggling / freestyling / trick shots - lets see the kids getting some exercise and honing their skills!
