HISTORICAL  TIMELINE:
00/00/00  -  Spring season cancelled due to COVID pandemic
January  2022  -  Financial records moved to Quickbooks online
January  2022  -  Instituted 2 week registration window for Travel  (last two weeks on January); Google form used to collect wait-list applicants after window closed
March  2022  -  Discussion with Twp Mngr (Lochner) and presentation to Council regarding possible impact of new walking trail;  changes requested
March  2022  -  Indoor time used due to poor weather  (approx $4k spent)
April  2022  -  585 kids / #teams / vols
Fall 2022
Fall 2022 - u10 "mini' indoor 5v5 tournament at North Park was great success  (lights on Main were ready but steady rain forced indoor)
January 2023  -  Meeting with Township regarding communication, schedule and future discussions
March 2023 - Relinquished Tuesday practice day on Meadow for HYLAX (boys) use 
March / April  -  indoor time used at North Park bubble and PISA
April 2023  -  Season start pushed back to mid-April
April 2023  -  14 candidates became Level I RITs;  5 became Level II;  5 became USSF certified
April 2023  -  Over 40 team added to the adult league line-up for Hampton  (Saturday games)
Spring 2023  -  submitted ideas and drawing for Township Comprehensive Park and Open Space Plan
Spring 2023  -  480 kids / # teams? / vols?
April 2023  -  Soccer Source reports funds from apparel (gear) sales through registration will be provided as store credit
May 2023  -  Hoagie fund raiser nets over $1k
May 2023  -  Friday evening u6 and u8 games (recycling event on Sat.) included 2 u10 games
1/8/20  -  Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors - approx 20 in attendance - bylaw change passed and elections held for new Board members

1/10/20  -  Past Treasurer working to transition Quickbooks and bank accounts to new Treasurer; letter sent to back authorizing new signatures

1/10/20  -  Past communications coordinator transitioning information to new coordinator;  inbound emails now being triage'd by President - questions about age groups, registration dates, system errors and printing receipts;  shared 'expense form' template with Treasurer

1/10/20  -  Registrars monitoring registrations and making changes to fees according to calendar 

1/11/20  -  90 minute am meeting with new Treasurer and VP to discuss and review current position and possible new policies

1/11/20  -  scheduled a Board 'organization' meeting for late January

1/12/20  -  contacted local vendor regarding repairs needed to new varsity goals received from the school district - approx $1700 (incl. parts)

1/12/20  -  sent Facility Use request to HTSD for RIT training in March
