PA WEST Disclosure Requirements for ALL Coaches
ALL coaches must have completed an online
risk management form.
This is similar
to an Act 33/34 clearance process. The cost is $10 per coach (the clearance is good for 2 years) - you can either
pay by credit card online, or send a check to PaWest. If you do not send payment, the backround check will not be performed.
The process is really fairly simple - just access by going to PA West's site

click the "Click here to enter the Pawest Online Risk Management Clearance System".
>>This will take you to a simple and self-explanatory "Kidsafe Disclosure Application".
The information you provide is on a secure site. Hampton Soccer Club does not have access to your personal information.
We are only able to view a site that shows whether you have received clearance. This is done through a national clearance
organization.
Hampton Soccer Club will reimburse the $10 fee upon your request. To avoid sending numerous
$10 checks, the Club prefers that coaches deduct the $10 fee they paid from their child's registration fee.
COMMISSIONERS - this is an ABSOLUTE must for each coach; otherwise, they
will NOT be permitted to coach.
